Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund for returns.
You can exchange or return items for store credit which can be used for future purchases in store & online.
• All items must be returned in an unused & re-saleable condition with all original tags attached.
• Gift Vouchers are not eligible for a refund
• You are required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we will take no responsibility in tracking your return.
Please note SALE items can not be returned.

Pleases note: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, books, jewellery cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on our candle and diffuser ranges or SALE items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds for faulty items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
